In his 1985 essay The Temporary Autonomous Zone Hakim Bey anticipates The Internet, defining “The Net” as “… the totality of all information and communication transfer” and coins “The Web” as “… the alternate horizontal open structure of info-exchange.” We now refer to this as “Open-Source”. (As an aside the essay TAZ also a provided a philosophical basis for the first Raves!)

After The Infocalypse (when The Earth, The Moon, and Venus all have polar alignment with The Sun AND with the black hole at the center of our univers, the magnetic pole flips and “time-wave zero” erases all our hard-drives), IS plans to revert to analog via the postal channel.
